Honorably discharged veterans who served in any of the Armed Services of the United States.
Spouses of persons who died within the field of membership
Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment and members of their immediate families
Employees and voting members of Tennessee Veterans’ Business Association in Knoxville, TN.

Employees and members of VFW Post 5154 in Louisville, TN.
Employees and members of VFW Post 1733 in Knoxville, TN.
Employees and members of American Legion Post 13 located in Maryville, TN.

Civilian and military employees of the U.S. Government who work regularly in Knox and Blount Counties, TN with some exceptions.
Contractors and employees of contractors who work regularly at McGhee-Tyson Air Base at Knoxville, TN, under contract with the U.S. Government.
